What To Expect From Your Initial Consultation

At your first appointment, before Dani even sets foot inside the stable a full case history will be taken - this is your opportunity to tell all about you and your horse's life together. Every detail will be considered when Dani produces a treatment programme tailor made for you and your horse.

Next Dani will take a look at your horse both standing and then on the move, first of all lameness has to be ruled out as a factor, but Dani is also looking for any conformation, muscle build and movement patterns which might indicate where a problem lies.

Only at this point will the hands on treatment begin - Dani's calm and gentle approach means the horse will readily accept the treatment and enjoy the process often communicating with deep sighs, sleepy eyes and some lovely licking, chewing and yawning - you will be amazed at the change in your horse!

Finally Dani will provide you with a detailed homework plan, this might include anything from changes to diet to horse pilates - it all depends on you and your horses needs. Dani will also give you a time frame for you to monitor the results.

A follow-up appointment will be made to assess  improvement and further treatment - during the whole process Dani is available by email or phone for advice and questions - supporting you and your horse.
